3'x3' Oil on canvas.
This pieces depicts an orgasm but applies generally to arousal. Sensuality is such an ingrained and essential part of the human experience but is commonly depicted as crude // trashy or as something not to be talked about. Everything encompassing sensuality is beautiful: the emotional and mental connection (with someone else or yourself), physical sensations, sparks, movement of human bodies, the human form. There is a growing presence of art depicting sensuality as beauty, expression, and a form of art, and I want to add my own perception to the collective rendering of its truth. Does that make any sense? Bye
